The difference between a model 4 and a sport shooter licence (SSL)

MODEL 4
Applied for through the governor of the province of residence. You apply for this to buy a firearm. If you wish to apply for a model 4, you are required by law to be a member of a shooting club. With your model 4 (one per firearm) you are allowed to shoot in a loget. You may NOT put your weapon in a holster on your belt. Only static shooting. You can find the model 4 applications on the province's website. You can already download them below. With this application, you must always enclose a medical certificate and a pass certificate for the theoretical test and the practical test. You take the theoretical test at your local police station. The questions you need to know for this can be found here --->

The practical test must also be administered through the police.

But the practical test taken via VSK is also accepted. Our club organizes a practical exam through the police on request and every 6 months.
